The TRP Philosophy

Interior design for small business by a small business. Creating a clear plan for your office design project so you can get back to work.

If you aren’t familiar with it, the design process can quickly become complicated. We aim to make things clear for you. How do we do that?

A clear design process:

  • Conceptualize your space

  • Lead you through your options

  • Explain how your selections help achieve your goals

  • Apply the selections and work with contractors for you

  • Respond to your future requests for tweaks or additions

No hidden details, everything is up front:

  • We are a commercial interior design firm, you won’t find residential projects in our portfolio.

  • We help small business owners of 2 to 100-ish employees that are building out their first offices, or moving up in the world.

  • We want to get to know you and your goals. Once we mutually determine this will be a good working relationship we sign a letter of agreement.

  • We don’t charge by the hour. Our fees are value based, and paid at the start of the project so we can focus on the task at hand.

  • The finishes, furniture and labor we select is put out to bid so you are in the know and in control of the cost for time and materials.

  • We are a constant resource as your office needs change. If you have a question about your office on a random Tuesday…call us!

What types of projects do we work on?

  • Commercial office:

    • build outs

    • renovations

    • expansions

    • CEO and private offices

    • common areas

  • Education

    • elementary

    • higher education

  • Lactation rooms and/ or Wellness rooms

Every day there seems to be another article about what people want in an office. Each segment, gender, and generation has a different set of requirements that makes them happy employees. Your business has its own needs as well, such as reducing turnover, being an employer of choice, and making or saving money. When that all comes together, it's hard to know how to make everyone happy, and implementing those changes can cause your head to spin. The time it takes to find and sort through all your options leaves you with little time to do your own work.

Here at TRP Design Group, LLC, we clear all that up by being your expert resource to create engaging spaces for your employees to work in.  Take a moment to set up a call for a brief consultation to see how we can start clearing up the options and creating an exceptional commercial office environment.
