If you aren’t familiar with it, the design process can quickly become complicated. We aim to make things clear for you. How do we do that?

A clear design process:

  • Conceptualize your space

  • Lead you through your options

  • Explain how your selections help achieve your goals

  • Apply the selections and work with contractors for you

  • Respond to your future requests for tweaks or additions

No hidden details, everything is up front:

  • We are a commercial interior design firm, you won’t find residential projects in our portfolio.

  • We help small business owners of 2 to 100-ish employees that are building out their first offices, or moving up in the world.

  • We want to get to know you and your goals. Once we mutually determine this will be a good working relationship we sign a letter of agreement.

  • We don’t charge by the hour. Our fees are value based, and paid at the start of the project so we can focus on the task at hand.

  • The finishes, furniture and labor we select is put out to bid so you are in the know and in control of the cost for time and materials.

  • We are a constant resource as your office needs change. If you have a question about your office on a random Tuesday…call us!

I'm Tina Raasch-Prost, and I provide a clear way to create inspiring, motivating, functional office spaces so that small businesses and employees can achieve success. My favorite projects are when I can collaborate with my clients and create spaces they are excited to go to work in. While I would happily design all day every day, I do have a life outside TRP Design Group, LLC. Who am I when I’m not an interior designer? I’m a wife and mom to 3 incredible boys that inspire me and inform what I do every day. I teach art to the best group of 1st through 4th graders ever. I love baseball, go Brewers! Movie and TV comedies make me VERY happy.
